Ms Tay Ai Choo is a licensed TCM Physician with a Master’s in Internal Medicine (Beijing TCM University) and Adult Education (Sheffield University, UK). A former HR and corporate trainer, she brings decades of adult teaching experience into the TCM classroom. She currently serves as Associate Lecturer and Clinical Tutor at the Singapore College of TCM and is a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association. Her teaching focuses on internal medicine and acupuncture, preventive health, and structured TCM education—bridging classical wisdom with modern learning to empower both personal wellness and professional growth.

郑爱珠医师拥有北京中医药大学中医内科硕士学位及英国谢菲尔德大学成人教育硕士学位，亦是前资深人力资源与企业培训师。她是新加坡卫生部注册中医师，具备多年临床经验，并拥有ACTA 认证（新加坡WSQ认证讲师资格）。目前担任新加坡中医学院副讲师与临床导师，同时是新加坡中医师公会宣传与出版委员会委员。她的教学专注于中医内科与针灸、体质调理与预防保健、以及系统化的成人中医教育，致力于将中医智慧融入现代教学中，帮助学员在个人健康与专业发展上受益。
