Practical AI Skills for TCM Practitioners and Acupuncturists in Clinical Settings
Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly useful for professional work,
but healthcare practitioners need to use it with appropriate judgement,
confidentiality and professional responsibility.
This TCMPB-approved CPE course is designed specifically for
TCM practitioners and acupuncturists. Healt and Wellness practitioners are welcome to attend.
It focuses on practical ways to use AI as a professional-support tool
without replacing the practitioner’s clinical judgement or responsibility.

Eligible NTUC members may be able to claim
50% of the applicable course fee through UTAP

- A participant paying S$300 may potentially receive S$150 in UTAP course support.
- An SAA member paying S$200 may potentially receive S$100 in UTAP course support.
Additional AI Tool Support After Course Completion
After completing this approved AI course,
eligible participants may also be able to use their
remaining UTAP entitlement
to receive 50% support toward approved AI tools or AI subscription costs.
This additional support is subject to the participant’s remaining UTAP entitlement,
the overall S$500 UTAP limit,
the prevailing approved AI tool list,
eligibility requirements and other NTUC terms.
This allows eligible participants to extend their learning beyond the course
and continue applying approved AI tools in their professional development and workflow.
Important Professional Boundary
AI is taught in this programme as a professional-support tool.
It does not replace clinical judgement, professional diagnosis,
syndrome differentiation, treatment decisions,
appropriate patient assessment, practitioner responsibility,
or patient confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Practitioners remain responsible for verifying AI-generated information
and for all professional decisions relating to patient care.
